This applies to dealings with government bodies, private clients, vendors, partners and other stakeholders. Nominal customary gifts may be accepted or offered only with management disclosure, provided they are genuinely commemorative or goodwill-based and do not influence business decisions. Company funds or property must not be used to secure favourable treatment. We comply with government procurement regulations and actively support efforts to prevent bribery, fraud and corruption.

Pace Business Machines maintains strict political neutrality across all markets and jurisdictions. The company does not support, endorse or align with any political party, movement or candidate. Company funds, property, resources, facilities or personnel must not be used directly or indirectly for political campaigns, fundraising or activities.
